Irene Zapantis, PT

Irene received her Bachelor’s degree from New York University. From a young age she was interested in sports and this translated into her decision to pursue a career in physical therapy. Early on she worked with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological diagnosis at Beth Israel Medical Center, both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. As her career progressed, she focused on enhancing her skills within the outpatient orthopedic realm. Today, Irene strives to provide high quality and compassionate care while helping patients to maximize their functional potential. She believes in the importance of creating a comfortable environment for the patient as well as having good communication skills. She lives with her husband and three children and enjoys traveling, basketball, exercise and spending time with loved ones.
